As MTV.ONLINE reports with reference to the regional department, the Federal Antimonopoly Service found advertising in the form of a mandatory document, in this case a housing and communal services newsletter, which citizens found in their mailboxes, to be improper.

The leaflets found have the following headings: “Instruction in accordance with No. 102-FZ…Repeatedly”, “Notice about verification of meters”, “Notice”, etc. For greater persuasiveness, the false receipts bear a coat of arms and various blue seals, as well as a QR code, outgoing numbers, etc.

OFAS specialists believe that the leaflets belong to an advertiser registered in the Republic of Karelia. This advertisement was found to be inappropriate and in violation of clause 8, part 3, art. 5, part 7 art. 5 of the Law on Advertising No. 38-FZ. Administrative proceedings will be initiated against the entrepreneur.

Volgograd residents were advised not to pay any attention to such pieces of paper.
