In 2023, the Tula region retained its leading position in the quality and availability of state and municipal services in electronic form, said the chairman of the regional government, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.

“Almost all mass socially significant services have been converted into electronic format. All of them are available on a single portal.

Now Tula residents have the opportunity, using the new convenient mobile application “Arsenal of Services,” to call a doctor, look at their child’s school assignments and grades, promptly report a utility problem through the “Open Region,” and sign up for an MFC. More than 129 thousand people from the Tula region have already downloaded it and are actively using it.

We were the first in Russia to launch a new format for providing a service for compensating part of parental fees for kindergarten. Since 2023, it has become possible to electronically register newborns without visiting the registry office.

Since July last year, the flagship MFC has been operating in Tula. This has made receiving services faster and more convenient for citizens.

The governor set the task of providing Internet access to residents of remote areas. This work has been going on for several years. Over the past year, fiber-optic communication lines were built in 104 rural settlements. This made it possible to additionally provide modern communication services to 28 thousand residents of the Tula region.

17 cellular base stations were put into operation in settlements with a population of 100 to 500 people,” he said in a report to deputies of the regional Duma.
