Residents of Tavrovo continue to complain about the operation of route No. 48, the only one that connects the remote microdistrict with the main part of the city. People say that despite all the promises, public transport is still barely accessible.

At the beginning of spring, local residents asked ONF activists to get involved in solving their problem, who in turn sent an appeal to the prosecutor’s office. A check was carried out. The oversight agency confirmed that the route is served by fewer buses than it should be.

Today, social activists reported that route No. 48 could be given to a municipal carrier if the private company with which they previously entered into an agreement does not correct all violations.

The press service of the city administration stated that after receiving appeals from citizens, production from two buses that once ran on route No. 48 was increased to six.

“However, transport work in a direction that is social is actually carried out through the production of up to four units of rolling stock,” the authorities admit. – In view of this, taking into account systematic violations, additional work was organized with the carrier, including claims.

The administration explains that the issue of purchasing additional buses for Voronezhpassazhirtrans is currently being considered, which will subsequently be sent to service route No. 48.
