The capital’s Rosreestr put 70 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​3.5 million square meters on the cadastral register in Moscow in January-March 2024, the department’s press service reports.

“The total area of ​​high-rise buildings registered over three months reached 3.5 million square meters, including over 2 million square meters of living space. At the same time, 16 new buildings with a total area of ​​360.5 thousand square meters are houses registered in the cadastral register under the program renovation,” the statement says.

As specified, the largest number of apartment buildings for which cadastral registration information was entered into the Unified State Register was in the Eastern Administrative District, where 14 apartment buildings were registered. In second place is JSC with 12 apartment buildings. The first three are completed by the TiNAO and the Southern Administrative Okrug, in which nine apartment buildings each have been issued.

It is noted that in the Eastern District, out of 14 houses registered in January-March of this year, eight MKDs were put on cadastral registration as part of the renovation program.

In terms of the total area of ​​houses in the first quarter of 2024, the North-Western District is leading, where seven apartment buildings totaling 662.8 thousand square meters were opened. Second and third places were shared by the Western (583.1 thousand square meters) and Southern (469.7 thousand square meters) administrative districts.
