In Murmansk, courses on teaching children to pilot drones have proven to be in demand. The head of the Murmansk administration, Yuri Serdechkin, spoke about this during a report on activities for 2023.

A center for training in UAV piloting was opened on the basis of the Murmansk Cadet School. The educational program is designed for students from 11 to 17 years old.

According to Yuri Serdechkin, such skills are in demand both in operational work (for example, in fighting fires) and for military purposes.

“The course turned out to be extremely popular. Therefore, we are now thinking about how to expand this practice,” said the head of the Murmansk administration.
