The selection of participants for the “Time of Heroes” program has opened in the branches of the Presidential Academy

Nizhny Novgorod. 25th of April. NTA-Volga Region — The selection of participants for the “Time of Heroes” program has opened in branches of the Presidential Academy, the project organizers reported.

According to the information, assessment points are opening in branches of the Presidential Academy for participants in the selection process for the Time of Heroes Program, which is designed to create highly qualified managers from SBO participants to work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies.

Since April 22, registration for testing has been conducted at assessment points that are open in Rostov-on-Don and Simferopol, where the first participants have already been tested. Also, from May 15, it will be possible to sign up for testing in 43 more cities across the country, including Kazan, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk and Perm.

If the participants in the selection for the Time of Heroes Program were unable to attend the test earlier for some reason, they can take it at the branches of the Presidential Academy, where permanent remote assessment points for applicants have begun operating.
According to the rector of the Presidential Academy and general director of the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” Alexey Komissarov, each participant in the SVO will have the opportunity to become a participant in the program and undergo testing.

“Even at the start of the program, we said that we would do everything necessary to provide the required conditions for our heroes’ access to the educational program. Taking into account the total number of applications, which exceeded 44 thousand, the creation of a wide network of testing centers was necessary. We expect that this will will create additional conveniences for our military personnel,” said Alexey Komissarov.

As Kirill, one of the participants in the Time of Heroes Program, noted, using the experience of military personnel who took part in a special military operation is a logical step to strengthen government bodies.

“I am confident that my comrades and I can help our country achieve success not only on the battlefield, but also in peaceful life. We have experience in personnel management, experience in making decisions in stressful situations. We will justify the President’s trust,” he emphasized Kirill.

There are many worthy candidates among the program participants. For example, Vladislav, even before the start of the SVO, wanted to enroll in studies at RANEPA, and Alexander wants to use his skills for the benefit of the Motherland in a new capacity.

The project evaluation methodology is completely objective and excludes the human factor of the evaluator. Similar tests have been conducted for the past 7 years to determine the management potential of participants in the Leaders of Russia competition. After passing the test, the fighters will go on a two-year training, where they will learn modern control methods and technologies.
