Speaker of the regional council Vladimir Serikov said that the second meeting of the working group on legal literacy was held in Lipetsk. The head of the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Dmitry Petrov, was invited to talk with the students. He talked about extremism. It is worth noting that before coming to our region, the policeman worked in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Dmitry Petrov has extensive experience in this area.

“We talked to students in a dialogue format and found out what was bothering them now. They told me how to avoid getting involved in illegal activities. Much attention was paid to the methods used to blackmail teenagers on social networks. We received a lot of questions,” said the speaker of the regional council.
