“In general, the heating season proceeded as usual. All damage was repaired promptly. At the same time, a number of serious accidents were recorded on the T Plus networks – this is Kupriyanova Street, at CHPP-2 and CHPP-3. Corresponding appeals on these facts were sent to the regional prosecutor’s office to take prosecutorial response measures,” said Alexander Myshev.

Due to the high degree of deterioration of public utility infrastructure, the regional government has developed an action plan for the modernization of life support facilities.

Thus, 100 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget for the modernization of heat supply systems of 19 social institutions in 11 districts of the region. In 2024, it is planned to modernize 11 social facilities in 10 districts by attracting extra-budgetary funds and funds from the regional budget.

“According to the concession agreement for the city of Saratov, T Plus PJSC plans to invest a total of 317 million rubles in 2024. In 2023, the Saratov branch of T Plus PJSC invested 1.8 billion rubles in the modernization of Saratov’s heating network infrastructure and replaced 24.4 km of heating networks. Of these, 11.3 km have been replaced under the concession, and it is also planned to modernize 529 km of heating networks by 2043, allocating 10 billion rubles for reconstruction,” said the Deputy Minister.

According to him, now the housing and communal services complex is faced with the task of preparing in a timely manner and entering the heating season of 2024-2025.
