This year, a center for advanced professional training will be opened at the Ulyanovsk Medical College named after Svetlana Anuryeva, which is located in the Zavolzhsky district of the city, Governor Alexey Russkikh said.

According to the governor, this will help equip the educational institution with modern equipment for advanced training of doctors, training of future specialists and early career guidance for schoolchildren.

– Thanks to the federal national project “Education”, we will create a co-working space, auditoriums and lecture halls, a project activity area, and a computer class there. They also discussed expanding the educational base: there is unfinished construction on the college territory, the governor said.

He inspected the area and ordered restoration work, including with the use of funds from the federal “Professionalism” program. There are plans to create additional modern classrooms for medical students.
