Near the village of Deulino, on a bridge over the Pra River, police officers detained a 47-year-old resident, Starozhilov. He fished with a fishing net on a frame. The fishing gear was seized. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ryazan region.
