Voronezh residents will receive new electricity bills in May

Local residents will be able to pay the “Recommended Payment”.

In May, local residents will be sent new receipts from TNS Energo Voronezh. As the company said, the changes are related to the launch of the “Recommended Payment” service.

This innovation will be available to those Voronezh residents who want to plan their finances in advance and pay for electricity for both the current and future periods.

“This service is especially relevant during the holidays, summer season or other long trips and will help you avoid accumulating debts,” the electricians noted.

According to them, the recommended payment is a preliminary amount for the current month, calculated individually for each subscriber based on average monthly consumption or in accordance with established standards in the absence of a meter.

Please note that the new receipt form contains three columns for payment:

– the mandatory payment is the cost of electricity consumed in the previous month. It is required to be paid;

– recommended payment – ​​payment for electricity for the current month. This is an optional payment;

– payment taking into account the recommended payment – the amount including mandatory and recommended payments.
