Despite all the attention from law enforcement agencies, identified environmental violations and a criminal case, Ferzikovsky plant “Agrocalcium”, which is poisoning the lives of the residents of Ferzikovo, continues to work. Smoke is coming out of the chimneys, and the owners of the plant remembered the Constitution.

After April 23 at the enterprise investigators for particularly important cases arrived and criminologists from the regional Investigative Committee, the plant did not work for one day for some time. As Alexey, a local resident of Ferzikovo, told us, on April 25 the plant smokes as before, and local residents are forced to breathe emissions from the production. Things are heading towards a real environmental disaster.

On top of everything, the owners of the enterprise remembered the right that is guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation – the right to private property. Signs appeared around the fence of the enterprise, warning anyone who wants to approach the territory that this is private territory, entry and entry are prohibited. I wonder if the management of the enterprise remembers the constitutional right of people to a favorable environment, which is also enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation?

Probably these signs appeared after our walk around the enterprise. Let us remind you that the enterprise consistently causes troubles for residents of the village of Ferzikovo, people complained both to the governor and to various environmental authorities. At the beginning of the year, the plant’s activities were stopped for 60 days, but then everything started again. The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, took control of the situation and a criminal case was initiated.

The plant processes beer production waste. The so-called “spray” – brewing products – is processed into livestock feed.
