Employees of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Ivanovo City Administration monitored construction sites for their compliance with the requirements of the City Improvement Rules approved by the Ivanovo City Duma. Of the 139 sites inspected, 93 were found to have violations. The press service of the regional center administration reported this on Thursday, April 25.
The monitoring took place within the framework of the “Month of Improving the Improvement of the Territory of the City of Ivanovo”. “Throughout the entire month, representatives of the mayor’s office checked the condition of construction site fences and garbage collection, the availability of points for cleaning vehicle wheels and their actual use on a regular basis,” the report says.
A total of 139 construction sites were inspected. Based on the monitoring results, owners and tenants of 93 construction sites received letters about the need to eliminate violations. Enforcement materials have been sent to the Administration’s Department of Municipal Control and Law Enforcement Activities to take action against developers.
The authorities also recommended that developers take part in cleaning the areas adjacent to construction sites.
