In the Oryol region, funding for work on the national BKD project increased by 179 million rubles

Additional funds within the framework of the national project “Safe Quality Roads” will be used for the reconstruction of the Kolkhoz Bridge in Orel. The contract was concluded on April 11 of this year. Work has begun on the site.

In total, from April 18 to April 25, 2024, about 95 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of national projects in the region:

• for major repairs of the road on the street. Mikhalitsin in Orel and the Kolpna – Mokhovoe road (56.4 million rubles);
• for the purchase of medical equipment, medicines and incentive payments to health workers (RUB 32.5 million);
• for the system of long-term care for elderly citizens under the “Older Generation” project (RUB 6.2 million);
• for equipping a model library in Livny (RUB 0.2 million).

Cash expenses for national project activities amount to 1.5 billion rubles, which is 25% of the planned volume.

The top line in the ranking of municipalities in terms of cash expenditures is occupied by the Dolzhansky district, where expenditures on national project activities exceed 50%.

In the Oryol Municipal District, the level of payment under contracts is more than 40%.

More than 20% of the allocated funds were allocated to the city of Orel and the Novoderevenkovsky district.

In 2024, the Oryol region is participating in the implementation of 14 national projects. The percentage of budget execution in the Oryol region exceeds the national average (the indicator for the Russian Federation is 20.4%, the regional indicator is 25.0%).

As of the current date, funds have been fully utilized within the framework of the Labor Productivity project to support the activities of the regional Competence Center (RUB 12.8 million).
