The incident happened on April 24. The girl was putting away her toys before bed and swallowed the balls. The baby was urgently taken to the hospital.
“They immediately did an X-ray here.” The doctors “exhaled” a little, very slightly: the balls were heaped up in the stomach; have not yet entered the intestines, and their penetration into the intestines is the most dangerous – it is fraught with perforation of the intestinal walls and serious abdominal surgery, the publication says.
In the end, there was no surgical intervention. The child’s life and health are not currently in danger.
