When holding extended meetings of the Council, including with the connection of local departments of remote correctional institutions via video conferencing, issues of providing assistance and support to home front workers during the war, blockade survivors and other specially considered categories of veterans are always reflected on the agenda. The exchange of opinions and positive experiences in the long-term care system for veterans who find themselves alone and in other difficult life situations occurs on an ongoing basis.
With the state of affairs “On the implementation of a model of a long-term care system for elderly citizens and disabled people in need of care in the Novosibirsk region in 2023“, Vladimir Mashanov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Novosibirsk Region, introduced the members of the Presidium.
