Elections will be held in September in Zarechny single-mandate constituency No. 2.
“At the presidium of United Russia, it was decided to hold a preliminary vote on candidates for deputy in the by-election of a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Vologda Region in Zarechny single-mandate electoral district No. 2. An Organizing Committee is being formed to organize the primaries,” – said the secretary of the regional branch of the Party, chairman of the ZSO Andrei Lutsenko.
The organizing committee for the preliminary voting will be formed at the regional branch of the United Russia party. Submission of applications from candidates for the United Russia preliminary vote has been extended until May 8.
The deputy seat became vacant after the voluntary resignation of Denis Dolzhenko, who in the elections on September 19, 2021 was elected as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Vologda Region in Zarechny single-mandate electoral district No. 2.
