SVO participants who have not passed the test for the “Time of Heroes” program have the opportunity to pass the selection while on vacation in branches of the Presidential Academy. There are special remote assessment points for candidates here. Information about the location of points and the procedure for registering for assessment sessions is available to program participants in their personal accounts. Everyone has the right to choose the most convenient date, time and branch of the Presidential Academy for testing.
Starting April 22, registration for testing at assessment points in Rostov-on-Don and Simferopol is being conducted. On May 15, points will be added to them in 43 more cities: Moscow, Astrakhan, Barnaul, Bryansk, Veliky Novgorod, Vladivostok, Vladimir, Volgograd, Vologda, Voronezh, Vyborg, Yekaterinburg, Ivanovo, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kirov, Krasnogorsk, Kurgan, Lipetsk, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Orel, Perm, Petrozavodsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Pyatigorsk, Samara, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Smolensk, Stavropol, Tambov, Tver, Tula, Ulyanovsk, Khabarovsk, Cheboksary, Chelyabinsk and Chita.
Rector of the Presidential Academy, General Director of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities” Alexey Komissarov assured that the opportunity to access the “Time of Heroes” program will be provided for all participants of the SVO:
“Even at the start of the program, we said that we would do everything necessary to provide the required conditions for our heroes to have access to the educational program. Taking into account the total number of applications, which exceeded 44 thousand, the creation of a wide network of testing centers was necessary. We hope that this will create additional convenience for our military personnel.
