4 residents of the Moscow region reached the finals of the national award “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”

Residents of the country can support the hero whose story seems most worthy of victory by casting their vote for it from April 1 to April 14. The award winners will be announced following the completion of voting and peer review at the final awards ceremony.

The organizer of the award is the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”.

The popular vote is one of the intermediate stages that will allow us to form an internal rating of the award participants. The final score of each candidate is based on the assessment of experts and the results of the popular vote. You can form an objective and complete picture of each finalist in the VKontakte mini-application. Citizens of Russia who are registered and authorized on VKontakte can evaluate the nominees, their expertise, influence on the environment and the positive effect that the history of the award participant has. You can only vote for one story in each category.

A total of 13 winners will be awarded in the following categories: “Healthcare and Medicine”, “Entrepreneurship”, “Leadership”, “Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence”, “Ecology”, “Tourism”, “Sports and Street Culture”, “Science and Technology” , “Inclusion”, “Creativity and Art”, “Media”, “Education” and “Regional Development”.

“More than 33 thousand people applied to participate in the national award “Russia – Land of Opportunities.” Among so many applicants, it was not easy to select nominees for the popular vote – the stories about the talented and hardworking people with whom our country is so rich really touch the soul. Over the course of two months, the expert council formed the shortlist for the award. Today we finally start the popular vote. Be sure to support your colleagues, friends and family at this stage. During the final expert assessment of the application, every vote will count,” said Alexey Komissarov, General Director of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities”, Rector of the Presidential Academy (RANEPA).

Four people from the Moscow region took part in the final and popular vote. Among them are the founder of the farm and entrepreneur Artem Klimovich, Channel One presenter Sergei Tugushev and other prominent people from various fields.

Veronica Yakubovich from Dolgoprudny is a participant in the “Education” nomination. The girl developed the International Physics and Technology Test “Come Out and Decide!”, invented by MIPT graduates. She has long been concerned with the question of how to raise the prestige of work in science and interest talented young people from technical universities to go work not in a bank or IT company, but in a research institute. Veronica’s project popularizes intellectual leisure and science.

Sergey Tugushev is a presenter on Channel One, a psychologist, and a coach in public speaking and working on camera. Sergey actively shared his experience with schoolchildren as part of the Leadership Academy: he taught 103 lessons. Took first place in the ranking of Russian Leaders, earning a record 10,235 points. He received the medal “For Services to the Fatherland” and joined Vladimir Putin’s team. All this is the result of perseverance and hard work. In May 2024, Sergei’s book “Psychology and Practice of Public Speaking” will be published, which will help you understand your limitations and get rid of the fear of speaking.

Alexander Drozdov, participant in the “Creativity and Art” nomination, is the author of the “PRO BATTLE LEAGUE” project. Together with him, he won a grant competition at the Tavrida-ART festival and won 1 million rubles for the implementation of his plan. Alexander’s main goal is to popularize national cultural and moral values ​​among the youth of Russia. According to the young man, “PRO BATTLE LEAGUE” is not just a project, but an opportunity for young performers to express themselves and reveal their creative potential. Thanks to the perseverance, talent and professionalism of the PRO BATTLE LEAGUE team, it has become one of the most exciting events in the world of music.

Artem Klimovich is a participant in the “Entrepreneurship” nomination. In the urban district of Lotoshino, he created the family peasant farm “TechnoVeles”. The project was launched by the coronavirus pandemic. Artem and his family, like many in 2020–2021, found themselves literally locked at home. It was then that he and his wife Tatyana came up with the idea that it was time to move to the land and start an agricultural startup. At the same time, the couple have a successful IT business in Moscow, which they have not abandoned. The farm plans to breed snails and plant lavender and medicinal herbs. Artem shows that farming is a science. By his example, he helps other people not to be afraid to start their own business on earth and produce their own product.

The results of the award will be summed up at the international exhibition and forum “Russia”. The winners will receive an individual support package, media support, the opportunity to become an ambassador of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” and act as a speaker or expert at major federal events. Also among the awards is a trip to Russia and training at the Senezh Management Workshop.
