The labor inspectorate checks an accident at a road transport enterprise in Komi
The State Labor Inspectorate in the Komi Republic is investigating a tragic incident that occurred with a dump truck driver. According to the inspection report, the incident occurred at the Northern Nonmetallic Company enterprise, specializing in road freight transport.
It is estimated that poor unloading of the dump truck resulted in it overturning, resulting in injury to the driver. The investigation commission recognized the incident as related to production and developed measures to eliminate the causes of the incident.
Currently, the issue of administrative liability is being considered under Article 5.27.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses, which provides for a fine of up to 130 thousand rubles for guilty persons.
The organization of preventive measures was initiated by the State Labor Inspectorate in Komi in order to prevent such violations.
