The new boiler house “T Plus” will provide reliable heat supply to residents of the Leninsky district of Saratov

T Plus launched a new block-modular boiler house at Mira, 32 in the Leninsky district of Saratov. Already at the end of this heating season, residents of 38 apartment buildings, as well as two social facilities received heat and hot water from it as part of trial fires.

The new power facility is equipped with four hot water boilers. All equipment is made in Russia. The thermal power of the boiler house is 17.5 MW, which will allow new facilities to be connected to it in the future. Today, the boiler room has been switched to summer operation and supplies hot water to homes and social institutions.

The implementation of the project was made possible thanks to a partnership agreement that was concluded between the energy company and the Saratov Municipal Municipality last year. The central heating point on the street was also modernized. Mira, 7B, which reliably provides heat to residents of 55 houses and six social institutions in the Leninsky district.
