In Oryol, an orphan managed to obtain housing after contacting the prosecutor’s office

After the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, an orphan from Oryol was able to get housing. This was reported by the press service of the regional department.

The Orlov resident was left without parental care as a minor; she is registered as a person entitled to housing. However, for a long time the orphan did not receive the equipped housing to which she was entitled.

The prosecutor’s office sent the claim to the Sovetsky District Court of the city of Orel. The court agreed with the prosecutor’s opinion and satisfied the department’s demands. The execution of the court decision is controlled by the prosecutor’s office.
