People have to collectively call a taxi or walk through the forest
The Voronezh City Hall spoke about the fate of route No. 48 in the Tavrovo microdistrict. Let us remember that local residents complained that they could not wait for hours for transport and were often forced to walk through the forest.
According to the transport department, previously route No. 48 was served by two units of rolling stock. After an appeal from citizens, we decided to increase the number of minibuses to 6, taking into account the existing passenger flow. And also conclude a new contract for the provision of transport services. However, in fact, only 4 minibuses went to Tavrovo.
In view of this – taking into account systematic violations – additional work was organized with the carrier, including claims.
Now, on behalf of Vadim Kstenin, a structural unit of the administration, together with the regional government, is working on the issue of purchasing additional minibuses for Voronezhpassazhirtrans.
– If the application is positively reviewed and the equipment is purchased, after following all the necessary procedures, it will be able to be sent to route No. 48 – to ensure more stable operation of the municipal carrier on the route, – commented in the administration of Voronezh.
