44% of Kaliningrad residents would like to do gymnastics at work. This is evidenced by the results of a survey of the SuperJob service.
6% of Kaliningrad residents perform industrial gymnastics at work. According to 2% of respondents, participation in it is mandatory. 44% of respondents do not have this, but they would not refuse. Most often these are engineers, accountants and teachers. 50% of respondents said that gymnastics is not carried out and is not needed.
Many people find the idea of forcing adults to exercise in the workplace controversial. However, 18% of respondents whose activities are not related to physical activity regularly take sports breaks during the working day, and another every third take periodic breaks.
Women are more likely to support the idea of industrial gymnastics. There are more men among those who organize physical education sessions on their own. People under 34 consider gymnastics less necessary and are less likely to be distracted by sports.
City dwellers with salaries of up to 50 thousand rubles a month mostly dream of industrial gymnastics. Those who earn more than 100 thousand rubles more often organize the necessary sports activity for themselves during the working day.
