On the eve of this competition, our student went to the regional champion in the Chelyabinsk region, – said Director of the Kurgan College of Construction Technologies and Urban Economy Lyudmila Samkova.

Alexander Maklygin, deputy general director for general economic issues of the Kurganpribor enterprise, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. The college has signed an agreement with the plant – students undergo internships there and gain skills for their future specialty.

– The Abilympics Championship increases the prestige of working professions and helps children with disabilities adapt to the social environment. The guys are focused on completing tasks, they try, make efforts, achieve results,” noted Alexander Maklygin.

This championship is being held in Russia for the ninth time. The results of the Kurgan stage will be announced on April 26. The winners from the region will take part in the Abilympics National Championship, which will traditionally be held in Moscow in October this year.
