The “Yard Repair” program was discussed on the air of the “About Housing and Communal Services” program. The program is aimed at correcting any violation. Olga Loginova, Chairman of the Lipetsk Territory Development Department, gave examples:
“I came out of the entrance and saw a hole. Children’s equipment is broken, meaning it cannot be used to its full potential. I see that I have a lot of emergency dead trees.”
Olga Loginova noted that the management company should directly participate in the “Yard Repair” program, since co-financing is implied. The management company carries out one or another type of work, after which it submits documents for subsidies.
“There are management companies that, unfortunately, are not so active. We explain to them how to build a process of direct participation and accompany the management company. We understand that this is a new program and there are some nuances. – Olga Loginova explains. “But if the management company is unscrupulous and does not want to take part in certain programs that really help residents, it needs to be changed.”
When the Yard Repair program was launched, 36 managers expressed a desire to participate. The acceptance of applications started on April 15 and will end on May 13. To date, five management companies have submitted documents: Soyuz, United Management Company, Parus, Service Plus and Prospect.
