Law enforcement officers received a statement from the administration of the chain store. Store employees identified shortages during inventory. The amount of damage amounted to about 6 thousand rubles.
– It was established that an unknown person placed an order for products through the application. The courier delivered the goods to the buyer, who was waiting for him on the street. After taking the grocery basket, the attacker disappeared. The store received notification that the goods had allegedly not been delivered to the customer. In this regard, a refund was issued, noted the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Operational search measures are now being carried out to identify the buyer who defrauded the store. The defendant faces punishment up to 2 years in prison.
