Ecoprom reminded about recalculation for the removal of MSW in case of temporary absence

Residents of the Pskov region were reminded of the possibility of recalculation for the removal of MSW in the absence of a consumer for more than five days. This was reported in the “Mekhuborka Pskov” group on the VKontakte social network.

The consumer has the right to apply for a recalculation of the amount of payment for utility services for the management of solid waste. This must be done before the consumer’s absence period begins or no later than 30 days after its end.

The application for recalculation must be accompanied by documents confirming the absence of the consumer.

Among them may be:

• travel certificate or order to go on a business trip;
• certificate of being treated in a hospital or at a sanatorium-resort;
• travel tickets issued in the name of the consumer;
• bills for accommodation in a hotel, hostel or other place of temporary stay;
• a document from the body carrying out temporary registration of a citizen at the place of his temporary stay;
• a certificate confirming the period of temporary stay of a citizen at the location of an educational institution, orphanage, boarding school, special educational and other children’s institution with 24-hour stay;
• a certificate issued by an authorized person of a gardening or vegetable farming non-profit partnership, confirming the period of temporary stay of a citizen on a garden or vegetable plot of land (if there is an SNT agreement for waste removal);
• other documents that, in the consumer’s opinion, confirm the fact and duration of temporary absence from the residential premises.

Documents for recalculating the amount of payment for utility services for handling solid waste are accepted by e-mail to the registrar: [email protected] or at the customer service center, which is located on Lev Tolstoy Street, 3 in Pskov and on Ganarina Avenue, 54 in Velikiye Luki.
