Among them is a new modern school in TINAO.

You will go to this school on September 1,” noted Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, speaking with schoolchildren and their parents.
The mayor also told the townspeople about the modern concept of improvement of residential areas. “Now we have a new city standard – in microdistricts there should be no cars inside yards. They should be in special parking lots – flat or multi-story,” Sobyanin added.
He noted that new residential buildings are being put into operation with ready-made social and cultural facilities and completed landscaping of the surrounding areas.
Construction of the new school building began in 2022. In accordance with the agreement between the Moscow government and the investor, the facility is included in the city program to stimulate the creation of places of employment. Its construction will create at least 160 new jobs, according to the press service of the mayor and the Moscow government.
The building has an area of 18.2 thousand square meters. m is designed for 1.2 thousand seats. The new school will have an IT training ground, a media library, equipped with a modern system for storing and issuing books. There are sports grounds in the surrounding area.
In 2024–2026, about 80 more new educational facilities will appear in the TiNAO. In total, since 2011, 611 educational facilities have been built in Moscow, including 428 kindergartens and 183 schools. Plans for 2024–2026 include the construction of about 200 new educational facilities; in addition, major renovations of 50 schools are planned for 2025. By September 1, 2024, it is planned to open more than 30 new educational facilities in Moscow.
