At the House of Culture “Domostroitel” in the village of Krasnaya Polyana, employees of EnergosbyT+ and the Vyatskopolyansky OPiOK introduced the house elders and residents present at the meeting to the company’s convenient online services, talked about the advantages of the client’s personal account and electronic receipt, and also helped everyone to install mobile application “EnergosbyT+” (18+) on your smartphone.
Client Day was also held in the administration of the Matvinur rural settlement of Sanchur district. Specialists advised clients on individual issues, talked about remote service channels, and helped everyone register in their personal account and subscribe to an electronic receipt. In addition, meeting participants were reminded of the “Spring – Penalties Are Melting!” campaign, through which they can pay off accumulated debt with penalties written off.
– During such events, energy company specialists interact with customers outside the service office. Face-to-face communication with clients is very valuable for us; it allows us not only to answer their questions, help them sort out problems that have arisen, advise on convenient remote formats of our work, but also to receive feedback that is important for us,” noted Lyudmila Novikova, head of the client service department.
Let us clarify that power engineers travel with consultations to every district of the Kirov region, including remote settlements, participate in rural gatherings and major city events, in meetings, meetings for elders in their homes and citizens with an active lifestyle.
