On April 25, the famous Ryazan psychiatrist Vladimir Modestov passed away after a serious illness. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Health.
Vladimir Modestov was born in 1947 in Skopin. Graduated from the Pavlov Russian State Medical University. For more than 40 years he worked at the Ryazan Regional Clinical Psychoneurological Dispensary, of which for more than 20 years he headed the day hospital. He has established himself as a highly qualified, competent and responsible specialist. He constantly improved his level of qualifications, was involved in the implementation of modern methods of treatment and rehabilitation, and was the author of a number of articles on topical issues of organizing psychiatric care for the population and modern methods of treating patients with psychiatric disorders. He has been awarded professional and regional awards more than once.
Farewell to Vladimir Georgievich will take place on April 27 at 10.30 in the chapel at the Sorrowful Cemetery.
