A criminal case has been opened against Igor Pogosyan, the prosecutor’s office of the Kaluga region reported on Thursday, April 25.

He is suspected of stealing more than 40 million rubles received from residents of Kaluga for housing and communal services.

“Restoring order in housing and communal services requires taking tough measures,” the prosecutor’s office said. – The preliminary investigation into the criminal case is carried out by the police, operational support is carried out by the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Kaluga region.
