Supervisory authorities intervened in the matter.

In the Tver region, the Phaeton company applied to the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor to remove restrictions on registration of agricultural land. The sites are located in the Krasnokholmsky district.

The ban on the purchase and sale of land was imposed due to the fact that it was not used for its intended purpose. The inspection of 21 sites with a total area of 1,500 hectares was carried out in 2023. At the same time, the organization was in no hurry to eliminate violations after the order.

In 2024, Phaeton asked to lift the restrictions. But due to the fact that the violations have not yet been eliminated, Rosselkhoznadzor refused to remove the encumbrance, which was registered by Rosreestr.
