In Kursk, Quadra is investing more than 30 million rubles in the reconstruction of heating networks on Soyuznaya Street

In preparation for the upcoming heating season, Quadra company specialists have begun work on upgrading heating networks on Soyuznaya Street with a length of 736 meters in a single-pipe design.

Thermal power engineers’ plans include the reconstruction of three areas on Soyuznaya Street, including the areas of school No. 8, the water park and 2nd Rabochaya Street. As part of the project, old pipes will be replaced with new ones that have increased wear resistance and a guaranteed service life of 40 years. In addition, the networks will be equipped with a signal wire for an operational remote control system. New fixed supports, compensators and shut-off valves will be installed in all areas. It is planned to complete all work, including landscaping, by June 30. The total cost of the project will exceed 30 million rubles.

This year, the Kursk branch of the company “Quadra – Power Generation” plans to allocate more than 270 million rubles to modernize 3.5 km of municipal heating networks, as well as to update 10 central heating points, metering stations and pumping stations under a concession agreement.
