Governor of the Ryazan region Pavel Malkov, during a live broadcast on social networks on April 24, answered questions from residents related to road repairs and comprehensive reconstruction of roads. Thus, residents paid attention to the condition of the road markings. Pavel Malkov noted that seasonal work to update it on regional routes has already begun. A durable thermoplastic material is used; this year it is being applied to regional roads in Ryazan and adjacent areas in the Ryazan region. Until the end of May, work will first be carried out in areas with high traffic intensity, then move on to other roads.

Pavel Malkov, commenting on the issue of building a new bridge across the Oka River, emphasized that the existing structure requires large-scale reconstruction, which can only begin after the construction of a new bridge. According to Pavel Malkov, design work on the new facility is already underway, construction will begin in 2025, which will take approximately 3 years. The first funds for these purposes are included in the federal budget for next year.

The governor responded to several requests related to Zubkova Street in Ryazan. Citizens complain about potholes on the roads, unkempt roadsides, stop pavilions, dividing fences, and sidewalks. According to the head of the region, a street reconstruction project is currently being prepared, which includes widening the roadway, arranging drive-in pockets, a controlled pedestrian crossing, and stops. According to the project, such street renewal is planned to be completed by the end of 2025. The administration of Ryazan has been instructed to submit an application for competitive selection to the regional Ministry of Transport.

Pavel Malkov instructed the Ministry of Transport to pave the road on Gornyatskaya Street in the village of Sekirino, Skopinsky district. A subsidy has been allocated to continue the overhaul of the central Kasimov-Sovetskaya street, the work will be completed this year.
