TV presenter Tina Kandelaki invited tourists to Nizhny Novgorod

TV presenter Tina Kandelaki recommended that Russians go on vacation to Nizhny Novgorod. She posted this post on her VKontakte page.

According to Kandelaki, it is not necessary to choose a holiday destination abroad, since in Russia there is a huge variety of natural landscapes and historical and cultural heritage.

The TV presenter cited Nizhny Novgorod as an example. She called it “a merchant town with a special atmosphere” and “chic architecture.” Kandelaki also advised tourists to admire the “incredible sunsets.”

Nature has done its best here: the confluence of rivers and the high bank have made Nizhny the capital of sunsets. The authorities have set up many observation platforms,” she wrote.

The TV presenter also recommended that lovers of beautiful views take a ride on the cable car. She noted that the Volga capital has the largest unsupported span over water – 861 meters.

I advise everyone to visit Nizhny. The city is actively developing, moving forward, while preserving its historical heritage,” Kandelaki concluded.

Let us remind you that in 2023 over 1.7 million tourists visited Nizhny Novgorod. This is 50% more than in 2021, when the city celebrated its 800th anniversary.
