In Novosibirsk, on Bolshevistskaya Street, the driver of a tinted Toyota Camry sedan blocked the path of an ambulance with a working siren. The driver of the car also did not react to the bewilderment of the ambulance driver.

“The State Traffic Inspectorate of the city of Novosibirsk is focused on establishing all the circumstances and resolving the issue of bringing the driver to administrative responsibility“, reports the traffic police.
