An unknown man scared residents of the Spartanovka microdistrict in Volgograd with shots. According to V102.RU, a video of the shooter spread across local Telegram channels. The incident, according to eyewitnesses, occurred the day before, on April 24, at about 11:20 pm in the courtyard of a house on Naberezhnaya Volzhskaya Flotilla Street, 21.

In the footage you can see how an unknown man first conducts a dialogue in a raised voice with an invisible second interlocutor. After a short argument, he pulls out a weapon, fires two shots into the air, and then disappears behind a tree.
