In Moscow, the construction of a residential building for resettlement under the renovation program in the Novogireevo district is being completed. This was announced by the head of the capital’s construction department, Rafik Zagrutdinov.
“The installation of monolithic structures has already been completed, the glazing of the facades and the installation of utility networks are underway,” the head of the department said.
In the residential building under construction, the project provides underground parking. Of the 147 apartments, three are equipped for residents with limited mobility. They will increase the width of corridors and doorways, and install special plumbing fixtures. The new building will be equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control systems in case of fire, fire alarm systems, and video surveillance.
For the convenience of parents with small children and people with limited mobility, the entrance to the building, the floor of the lobbies and elevator halls on the ground floor will be level with the ground surface. A children’s playground with a safe rubber coating will be located next to the house, and an area for quiet recreation for residents will also be created.
