The Chairman of the Kurgan branch of the RSPP took part in the congress with the President of the Russian Federation

The congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was attended by members of the Russian government and heads of federal executive authorities, the EEC and heads of constituent entities.

During the meeting, a general agreement was signed between all-Russian trade union associations, all-Russian employers’ associations and the country’s government for 2024-2026.

Trans-Urals was represented by the chairman of the Kurgan regional branch of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Yuri Avdalov, and the general director of Kurganpribor, Fyodor Kolosovnikov.

During his speech, Avdalov noted that in the Kurgan region there are several defense enterprises that carry out government orders for the needs of the Northern Military District.

– There are other industries in our industry as well. For example, one of the largest taxi aggregators is from the Kurgan region, noted Avdalov.

Industrialists and entrepreneurs approached the president with a proposal to simplify the rules for the work of self-employed drivers in personal cars, and instead of the existing licensing system, create digital driver profiles and verify candidates automatically using the state interdepartmental information system.

– In the regions of the Russian Federation, from 80% to 100% of all carriers are actually self-employed citizens using personal cars. There are approximately 2.5 million of them, they added. Kurgan RSPP.

Currently, there are two models of taxi work in the country – taxi company employees and self-employed drivers.

– Is it possible to allow an ordinary citizen, who has the right to transport his family, to transport a travel companion, to legally receive compensation for expenses from him and pay taxes through an aggregator, who can be appointed as special tax agents. This will make it possible not to pit two taxi models against each other in competition, but to begin effective coexistence for the benefit of citizens and the state,” they added. union.
