A resident of the Volgograd region is suspected of causing grievous harm to the health of his own infant daughter. According to the SHOT telegram channel, a newborn girl received a severe head injury after a man threw a shoe in her direction. However, it is reported that the object was thrown at the child’s mother.
– The family drama flared up after the New Year holidays. A two-month-old girl was brought to the hospital with a skull fracture and brain contusion. The baby’s mother said that she had a huge fight with her 27-year-old husband. He grabbed a shoe and wanted to throw it at her head, but he hit her daughter, – SHOT reports. – The day before, a criminal case was opened against the father based on the incident. Under the article “Causing grievous bodily harm through negligence,” he faces six months of arrest.
Also, according to the telegram channel, the man worked at a bearing factory and already has a criminal record for causing injury to another person.
