93% of applications for registration of household real estate are processed by the Tver Rosreestr in one working day. The timing of real estate registration in the first quarter of 2024, as well as the dynamics of the development of the Tver real estate market as a whole, were discussed at an extended meeting of the board of the Rosreestr Office for the Tver Region.
As noted, in January-March 2024, the period for carrying out registration and registration actions in relation to household real estate objects according to documents submitted electronically in the Tver region was less than one working day (0.66). In addition, 97.82% of applications for mortgage registration submitted electronically are processed by the Tver Rosreestr within 24 hours.
– Such short terms are due to the digital transformation of the department, – stated the head of the Rosreestr Office for the Tver region Nikolai Frolov. – For several years, we have recorded a steady increase in the rate of real estate registration in electronic form. The main reason, of course, is the reduction in time costs. In January-March 2024, the positive dynamics of real estate registration in electronic form also continues – the number of such applications received by us for registration and registration actions increased by 23.2%. Their share was 61.3% (41.2 thousand).
In total, in the 1st quarter of 2024, the Tver Rosreestr received 67.3 thousand applications for state cadastral registration and (or) state registration of rights, which is 14.6% more than in the 1st quarter of 2023 (58.7 thousand) .
We also note that the number of applications for registration of mortgages (residential, non-residential properties and land plots) received by the Tver Rosreestr in January-March 2024, compared to the same period last year, decreased by 10.4% and amounted to 3.6 thousand.
