The media published an appeal from a resident of the city of Novosibirsk about communal problems associated with the lack of a centralized drainage system near their multi-story building: water constantly accumulates in the basement and near the house. Due to this, as the woman reports, their house is being destroyed. Local authorities do not take the necessary measures.
Based on this media report, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region organized a pre-investigation check.
During the inspection, investigators will study all the circumstances of the incident and give a legal assessment of the actions of officials for negligence. The audit will be made a procedural decision.
