Vera Guseva’s love for trams is unconditional; the girl simply likes electric transport. So much so that several years ago she entered a specialized Academy in order to become better acquainted with the technical side of the object of her adoration.
I made different models of trams. Small, slightly larger, made of paper, made of plastic. Then I thought about making a model of a tram that you could ride on.

Determined to bring the idea to life, Vera began creating the famous pink tram. Frame made of steel profile, wooden floor and plastic body kit. We managed to find everything we needed in a hardware store near the house.
This tram is powered by two electric motors from a hoverboard, and it has all the electronics like an electric scooter and other electric vehicles.

Only 5 days passed from the drawing to the first trip. Subsequently, the tram was improved and now on the streets it consistently accelerates to 30 km/h. There are other pieces on the go in Vera’s collection.
This model has headlights, turn signals work, and there is a power button. A pen like this is just like a model. The electrical equipment there is also like a model, just like a dummy. As it should be in the present.

This is Verina’s personal development – a hybrid tram that can travel not only on rails, but also on the road. From the first days of study, students at the Academy of Transport Technologies are taught to think outside the box in search of new solutions.
I am probably very proud of the fact that when I, relatively speaking, walk along the streets of our city, I know that this project was developed, designed within the walls of our academy and was then implemented.

Perhaps soon trams with a new system developed by Vera Guseva will run around the city. The girl has big plans for her technical future.
