The national project helped the company increase milk production by 11%. The work carried out led to a reduction in the duration of processes and a decrease in work in progress, and also made it possible to free up working capital.
According to the company’s management, participation in the national project “Labor productivity” contributed to the reduction of losses. Thanks to experts, it was possible to optimize production and identify discrepancies between the planned and actual output volumes, the portal “national projects” reports.
