A state of emergency was introduced near a two-story house on Shevchenko Street in Nizhny Novgorod. It was installed within the boundaries of the site under building No. 9, which is located next to the dormitories of the future IT campus. The corresponding resolution was published on the city hall website on April 25.

According to the information, the state of emergency was introduced in connection with an appeal from the regional Ministry of Property in order to prevent a threat to the life and health of citizens.
