During inspection activities in Ryazan, violations of the rules for the sale of alcoholic beverages were identified and stopped in a cafe located on Predzavodskaya Street. 30 liters of alcoholic beverages were seized from the establishment.
On Molodtsova Street, police identified and stopped violations in the operation of the store. 19 liters of alcoholic beverages were seized from illegal circulation.
A case has been initiated against the violator for an administrative offense under Part 3 of Article 14.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Transaction of alcoholic beverages without obtaining a license for this activity), under which officials are punished with a fine in the amount of 500,000 rubles to 1 million rubles .
