Roman Gerasimov continues the battle for the garbage business in the Tambov region in the courts

This time, the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and Housing and Communal Services, which actually starts work on organizing and launching a modern enterprise in the Tambov region that will process and dispose of municipal waste, is being disputed.

The plaintiff in the arbitration is a certain Ecotechnopark LLC, the founder of which is Technopark LLC, the owner of 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of which is Roman Gerasimov, well known to everyone. At the same time, he defends the interests of these companies in court, acting as a representative of Ecotechnopark LLC. A certain piquancy to this story with the founding is given by the fact that all the companies of which Gerasimov is a representative are associated with the “garbage empire” TEKO-KomEk, associated with the head of Kotovsk Alexei Plakhotnikov.

The topic, to be honest, specific, was immediately voiced by the permanent “voice of KomEk” – the Online Tambov news agency. The agency, referring to the plaintiff’s position, told readers that the order “contains a number of serious violations of the law.” In other information resources of the region, such an information channel was not even mentioned. But we could not ignore the hero of our publications.

Roman Gerasimov is known not only as the founder of Technopark, but also the owner of IT-Service LLC, which destroyed a cultural heritage site in Tambov.

And in trying to appeal everything that concerns competitors in the garbage business, I also like to sue. Let us recall that just last month Gerasimov tried to make the tariff for the export of solid waste illegal, but as expected, he failed.

It didn’t work out with the tariff – we need to slow down the construction of competitors’ facilities. After all, as long as the process continues, the problem with garbage in the Tambov region will live. And who will hype it up has long been known.
