I went straight to the sponsored territory – to the Novoaidarsky district, where, through the efforts of Tambov builders, they are restoring the children’s department of the hospital, renovating apartment buildings and equipping social institutions with boiler rooms. And Maxim Egorov discussed further plans to provide assistance with the Head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik.

During a working trip to the Lugansk People’s Republic, Maxim Egorov visited every social facility in which our region has a hand in repairing – in the status of a chief region. The restoration of the children’s department of the Novoaydar territorial medical association of the LPR is one of the most important tasks, and it has yet to be completed.

We are standing in front of a building that was rebuilt on the site of the same former children’s department – a building that was destroyed on January 28, 2023 as a result of the arrival. The building was completely destroyed, the boiler room was damaged, the outpatient department, the medical building were damaged, glass was broken,

Everything that was restored from scratch and to new standards. Tambov builders dismantled the old building and installed new modules. It is necessary to install gas and electrical equipment, a water supply system, elevators and fire-fighting tanks. According to plans, the completion date is December of this year.

I want to say that the residents of the Novoaidarsky district were not very attracted to the attention of the Ukrainian authorities, so now we are correcting the mistakes that were made. First of all, this is poor quality operation of the MKD. And today the Tambov region helps us. You have seen: this includes repairing roofs and bringing them to the sanitary standards according to the standards of the Russian Federation,

Our region began helping the Novoaidarsky district in 2022. At the expense of regional funds, 19 infrastructure facilities have already been restored, in particular, major repairs have been carried out in five schools, two first aid stations and six apartment buildings. The Multifunctional Center was one of the first to be put in order, and two boiler houses were also added to supply heat to social institutions. This year, 6 objects will have to be repaired, including the Memorial Complex to the Soldiers of the Great Patriotic War.

This year we will be renovating after the holidays. There will be a complete disassembly – and already modern material. We proposed to the Novoajarsky municipal district to create a family park. This park already exists, we walked, looked, even talked to the kids about what they would like to see in this beautiful park. We are also planning this work,

Maxim Egorov discussed plans to provide assistance to the sponsored territory with the Head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, who was interested in Michurin seedlings. He admitted that he wants to plant orchards on the territory of the Republic. The head of the Tambov region promised to assist in the delivery of seedlings.

We have such rich natural resources, we probably don’t fully understand it, because we have it. Therefore, for there to be garbage there, for it to be dirty, and for no cherries, cherries, or apples to grow there, I believe that this is criminal negligence and we want to correct this,

In addition to issues of construction and repair, they also discussed cooperation in the humanitarian sphere – recreation for Luhansk children in children’s camps in the Tambov region, and patronage of kindergartens and schools.
