In the Moscow pavilion No. 57 “Enlightenment” at VDNKh, the results of the first National Award “Russia – My Horizons” were summed up. Over three thousand applications from all regions of Russia were submitted to participate in the competition.

The Orenburg region was represented by a teacher of Russian language and literature at gymnasium No. 6 in Orenburg Ekaterina Mishneva, a teacher-psychologist at school No. 85 in Orenburg Asima Bekmukhambetova, and a teacher of computer science and physics at school No. 8 in Gaisky District Raigul Akhmetova. For active participation and popularization of career guidance activities within the framework of the All-Russian project “Ticket to the Future”, Orenburg teachers were awarded Letters of Gratitude from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. They were also invited to join the expert council of the project “Ticket to the future“for 2024.

Russian Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov noted that the concept of “career guidance” was included in the law on education thanks to the successful implementation of the project “Russia – my horizons.”

Over the five years of career guidance work in the Russian education system, about 8.5 million schoolchildren and more than 60,000 teachers were involved in the project.

The national award “Russia is my horizons” was established by the Humanitarian Projects Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and is part of the project for early vocational guidance for schoolchildren in grades 6-11 “Ticket to the future

The purpose of the award is to celebrate the achievements of people, organizations and projects that contribute to the professional self-determination of young people, help them choose a profession and build a successful career.
